AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are The Tee Company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), an online clothing brand operating in India.

We operate the website https://theteecompany.shop/ (the “Site”), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the “Legal Terms”) (collectively, the “Services”).

The Tee Company is an online clothing brand specializing in modern, stylish, and comfortable cotton apparel. We offer graphic T-shirts, oversized tees, hoodies, crop tops, baby tees, and streetwear-inspired casual clothing for men, women, and unisex audiences. Our products are sold exclusively through our e-commerce platform and delivered across India.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and The Tee Company, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Legal Terms. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Legal Terms to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Legal Terms by your continued use of the Services after the date such revised Legal Terms are posted.

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

1. OUR SERVICES

The Tee Company operates as an online retail clothing store, selling cotton apparel directly to consumers across India through our e-commerce website. Our product range includes graphic T-shirts, oversized T-shirts, hoodies, crop tops, baby tees, and streetwear-inspired casual clothing for men, women, and unisex audiences. Our collections — including Urban Chaos, Mono, Cyber, Neo Tokyo, Respawn, and others — are designed to help customers express their personal style through modern, comfortable clothing.

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation. Those persons who choose to access the Services from locations outside India do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Our intellectual property

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all website designs, product photographs, product designs, graphics, artwork, text, logos, and brand elements in the Services (collectively, the “Content”), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”). This includes all original artwork and designs featured in our clothing collections.

Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws and treaties in India and around the world. The Content and Marks are provided in or through the Services “AS IS” for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Your use of our Services

Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services and to view product information solely for the purpose of personal shopping and browsing.

Except as set out in this section, no part of the Services and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission. In particular, you may not reproduce our product designs, artwork, or graphics for use on your own products or for resale.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Services, Content, and Marks. Any breach of these Intellectual Property Rights will constitute a material breach of our Legal Terms and your right to use our Services will terminate immediately.

Your submissions and feedback

By directly sending us any question, comment, suggestion, idea, feedback, or other information about the Services or our products (“Submissions”), you agree to assign to us all intellectual property rights in such Submission. You agree that we shall own this Submission and be entitled to its unrestricted use and dissemination for any lawful purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration and order information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Legal Terms; (4) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside, or you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian; (5) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (6) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services (or any portion thereof).

4. USER REGISTRATION

You may be required to register or create an account to use certain features of the Services, such as placing orders, tracking shipments, or saving your wishlist. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activities that occur under your account are your responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. PRODUCTS, PRICING AND PAYMENT

Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
Net Banking
Cash on Delivery (COD)

Pricing

All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). We strive to display accurate pricing at all times. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

We may change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. For online payment orders, your payment method will be charged at the time of order placement. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you agree to pay the full order amount, including any applicable shipping charges, to the delivery agent at the time of delivery. Refusal to pay on delivery may result in the order being cancelled and restrictions on future COD orders.

Order Limits

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

6. ORDER CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION

Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us through our website or by emailing us. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refuse the delivery or initiate a return in accordance with our Returns Policy (Section 8).

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent or duplicate orders, inability to verify payment or delivery information, or any other reason at our sole discretion. If we cancel your order after payment has been received, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Order Modification

Orders cannot be modified (size, colour, quantity, or delivery address) once they have been confirmed. If you wish to change your order, you must cancel the existing order (if not yet dispatched) and place a new one.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship to addresses within India only. Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout and vary based on your location and the shipping method available. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

For COD orders, please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to make the payment and accept the package. Failed delivery attempts due to unavailability may result in the order being returned and cancelled.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Return Policy

We accept returns ONLY in the following circumstances:

The product received is defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered.
A complete unboxing video must be provided as proof. The video must clearly show the sealed/unopened package, the full unboxing process from start to finish, and the defect or issue with the product.
The package must appear to be in its original, unopened and untampered condition at the start of the unboxing video. If the package appears to have been previously opened or tampered with, the return claim will be rejected.
Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, along with the unboxing video, by emailing us or contacting us through our website.

No Returns for Size Issues

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for size-related issues. Detailed size charts with measurements in inches/centimetres are provided on each product page. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to refer to the size chart and measure accurately before placing an order. We strongly recommend measuring yourself and comparing with the size chart before purchasing. Orders placed without checking the size chart will not be eligible for returns or exchanges on the basis of incorrect sizing.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted for return.

Refund Policy

If a return is approved after verification of the unboxing video and the defect, we will process a refund or send a replacement at our discretion. Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of return approval. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the account details provided by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:

Items without a valid and complete unboxing video.
Items reported after 24 hours of delivery.
Items with size-related complaints.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions (if marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase).

9. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND DISCLAIMERS

Colour Accuracy

We make every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible on our website. However, the actual colour of products may vary from the images shown on your screen due to differences in monitor settings, screen resolution, lighting conditions during photography, and dye batch variations in fabric. Minor colour variations between the product image and the actual product shall not be considered a defect or a reason for return.

Product Images

Product photographs on our website are for illustrative purposes and are intended to give you a general idea of the product. Minor variations in print placement, design positioning, fabric texture, and overall appearance may occur between the image and the actual product. Such variations are inherent to the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

Sizing

We provide detailed size charts with measurements on every product page. Fit may vary based on body type, personal preference, and fabric characteristics. We strongly advise customers to measure themselves and compare their measurements with our size chart before placing an order. The Tee Company is not responsible for fit issues arising from incorrect size selection by the customer.

Fabric and Care

Our products are primarily made from cotton fabrics. Natural fabrics may have slight irregularities in texture or weave, which are characteristic of the material and not defects. To maintain product quality: we recommend following the care instructions provided on the product label, washing in cold water with mild detergent, avoiding bleach, and air-drying. Shrinkage, fading, or damage caused by improper washing or care is not covered under our return policy.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to keep our inventory updated in real time. However, in rare cases, a product may become unavailable after you have placed your order. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer either an alternative product or a full refund.

10. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available — namely, personal shopping and browsing of our clothing products. As a user of the Services, you agree not to:

Place fraudulent orders, use stolen payment methods, or provide false identity or contact information.
Purchase products in bulk for the purpose of commercial resale without our written authorization.
Exploit pricing errors, system glitches, or promotional code errors to obtain products at unintended prices.
Submit false return claims, return used or altered items claiming they are defective, or engage in “wardrobing” (wearing clothing and then returning it).
Post fake, misleading, or defamatory reviews or ratings about our products or Services.
Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate our staff, delivery partners, or other customers.
Reproduce, copy, or replicate our product designs, artwork, graphics, or photographs for any purpose, including creating counterfeit or knock-off products.
Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Services, extract data, or place orders.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services, other user accounts, or our computer systems and networks.
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Services.
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful material through the Services.
Collect personal information (names, email addresses, phone numbers) of other users for unsolicited communication or any other purpose.
Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable Indian laws or regulations.
Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm the reputation of The Tee Company or its brand.
Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or the networks connected to the Services.
Use the Services as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use our Content for any revenue-generating endeavor.

11. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

The Services may provide you with the opportunity to submit product reviews, ratings, photographs, comments, or other content (collectively, “Contributions”). Contributions may be viewable by other users of the Services. When you create or make available any Contributions, you represent and warrant that:

Your Contributions are based on your genuine experience with our products and are truthful and accurate.
Your Contributions do not infringe the proprietary rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
Your Contributions are not false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, abusive, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
Your Contributions are not unsolicited advertising, spam, or promotional material for competing brands.
Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule.

Any use of the Services in violation of the foregoing may result in termination or suspension of your rights to use the Services. We reserve the right to remove any Contributions that violate these terms at our sole discretion.
